Our Ingredients

Not every ingredient is in every product. We specially blend our unique line of beardcare products with elements that work well individually, but work best when combined. You'll find that using our full line of beard oil, balm and shampoo bars will give your beard (and the skin underneath it) everything it needs.

Sweet Almond Oil

Our 100% pure oil is great on all skin types. It is rich in vitamin E, protects skin from UV rays and can heal chapped skin. This carrier oil has both antibacterial and antiviral properties. Sweet almond oil softens your beard and the skin underneath. It can also help acne-prone skin stay clearer.

Jojoba Oil

Our jojoba oil is certified organic, cold-pressed and unrefined. We use the purest ingredients for maximum benefits. This non-greasy oil does not clog pores, is anti-inflammatory and eases conditions such as eczema and rosacea.

Grapeseed Oil

This oil moisturizes the skin and reduces the appearance of scars. Great for all skin-types, grapeseed oil tightens pores and is rich in vitamin E.

Argan Oil

Our organic, cold-pressed argan oil hydrates, moisturizes and conditions the beard while soothing itch.

Coconut Oil

We use organic, virgin. cold-pressed and unrefined coconut oil that is tree-to-table. This oil is the best at penetrating the hair follicles. Coconut oil has both antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Shea Butter

We love our 100% pure and unrefined shea butter. It melts quickly into the skin to heal and nourish. Shea butter can ease conditions such as eczema and dermatitis and quickly soothes itch.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil

We like to blend a generous amount of this oil for its ability to strengthen the root of the hair while also thickening the hair strand. It is widely used to increase hair growth by increasing blood flow to the scalp, in turn supplying nutrients to the hair follicle and stimulating hair growth.

Essential Oils

These oils are derived from flowers, leaves and peels, and are the best way for us to scent our oils and balms. We use a wide array of oils including lavender, tea tree, bergamot, orange, grapefruit and sage to name a few.

The following ingredients are found only in our Beard Bar Shampoo...

Cocoa Powder

Organic raw cacao powder is rich in antioxidants. It helps protect skin from free radicals and slows signs of aging. Cocoa powder contains Flavanols that decrease the harmful effects of UV rays to skin. This also enhances elasticity and hydration of the skin. The properties in cocoa powder help to clear, soften and detoxify your skin.

Sage also stimulates cell renewal and increases blood circulation. It provides gentle exfoliation to thoroughly clean the skin under the beard. Sage is beneficial in protecting skin from UV rays and sun exposure. The Flavonoids in sage protect the skin from signs of aging.

Natural Menthol Crystals

These crystals beneit the skin by calming irritated, itchy skin. It has been proven to eliminate blackheads and whiteheads, diminish dark spots and promote clearer skin. Menthol clears pores of irritants so that hair can grow more easily. We use Jamaican black castor oil in all of our products, including our shampoo bars, to stimulate hair growth. The combination of menthol and JBC oil is key to growing a longer, thicker beard.
